Channel and Profile Coiling Machine is combination of Channel Coiling Machine and Profile Roll Coiling Machine. As channel products be able to produce with this machine, it also produces open bottom bracelet, ring, earring products with roll system. With speed control, it provides sensitive working and with high speed it provides mass production of products. Three meters drawing unit can be removed to gain more working space when there is no use for it. Depending on used shapes and dimensions of mandrels, rolls and dies it can produce the products with 0.10mm – 0.50 strap thickness and between 4mm – 60mm wideness products.
